Experience your board can use from day one

I've sat on the other side of the table as a founder, managing director and global partner. I know what it takes to win major accounts, protect IP and scale across borders.

  • Major accounts and partnerships including Vodafone, Qualcomm, Nokia, GE, HP and PayPal
  • Appointed to the Mayor of London's Smart City Advisory Panel
  • Qualcomm Manufacturing Partner, one of only six companies worldwide to hold the status when it was awarded; the other five were $10bn+ revenue companies such as Samsung
  • 40+ wireless hardware products designed and 200+ software applications delivered
  • Product certification in 72+ countries, plus patents and IP licensing

What I bring to your board

Six areas where I add the most value

1

AI strategy & oversight

Where AI creates value in your business, how to invest in it, and how to hold teams and suppliers to account for results.

2

Commercialisation & growth

Turning products and ideas into revenue: pricing, positioning, major-account sales and building a pipeline.

3

International expansion

Entering new markets, building distribution networks and handling certification across 70+ countries.

4

Strategic partnerships

Structuring and negotiating partnerships with global technology and telecoms companies.

5

IP & commercial protection

Patents, licensing and trade secrets: knowing what to protect, and how, as you scale.

6

Governance & risk

AI governance, data protection and board-level reporting that gives investors and stakeholders confidence.
