The AI Integrator.
We develop and integrate AI services into finished solutions that maximise the efficiency savings AI offers your business.
There are thousands of AI services, but on their own they are just tools. We pick the right ones for your company, then develop the connections that join one AI service to another and to your systems and data, so you get one finished, working solution. Quick wins first, with the results measured.
- AI development & integration
- Finished, working solutions

AI integrator /ˈɪntɪɡreɪtə/ · noun
A specialist who selects the right AI services from across the whole market and develops them into one finished solution, joining them to each other and to a business's systems, data and people, so they deliver measurable results.
What makes sims64 different
- ✕Not a software vendor pushing one platform
- ✕Not a reseller earning commission on licences
- ✕Not a consultant who leaves you with a report
- ✓The AI Integrator: we choose it, build it, connect it, train your team and measure the results.
Thousands of AI tools. Which ones are right for your business?
Every month brings new AI products, each promising to transform your business. Here are just some of the established names across 16 business functions, and this is only a fraction of the market.
Example providers only, not endorsements. sims64 is vendor-independent and takes no vendor commissions. All names are trademarks of their respective owners. Behind every branch sit hundreds more.
The three questions every business is asking
How do you know which AI tools support your company?
The right tools depend on your processes, your data and the systems you already pay for, not on the vendor's demo. Many businesses already own capable AI they aren't using.
We map your workflows to the tools that fit, starting with what you already own, and give you an independent, vendor-neutral shortlist.
How do you know how to deploy them?
Buying a licence is easy. Integrating it with your systems and data, governing it safely and getting your people to use it is where most AI projects stall.
We plan and deliver the rollout: pilots, integration, data protection, AI policy and training, in the right order.
How do you plan and measure your outcomes?
Without a baseline and clear targets, nobody can say whether AI is paying back, or whether your team or supplier is delivering what was promised.
We set measurable targets, including hours saved, cost reduced and revenue gained, against a baseline, and track them through to results.
All three answers start with The Assessment. An independent, fixed-fee review that tells you which AI fits your business, how to deploy it and what it should deliver. See fees
One business. Dozens of experts.
Or one AI ecosystem built for you.
We develop and integrate AI services into finished solutions that maximise the efficiency savings AI offers your business.
The hidden cost of doing it the old way.
Running your business properly today takes a whole team of specialists. Your website needs a theme developer for design and back-end management, a content writer for straplines, branding and product pages, and an SEO specialist to build the right keywords into page titles, headings and breadcrumbs.
When leads arrive, they need to feed a CRM, designed with the right fields, templates and analytics for your sales team, your accountant and your management. Then your branding has to carry through to every sales presentation, with a targeted approach for each customer.
All of that takes time, budget and many experts.
Now you're told AI can deliver. But which AI?
- Have you tested it against its competitors?
- With thousands of AI services to choose from, do you know which ones work well together?
- Which will integrate with your systems, data and people, and maximise efficiency for your business?
And that's just the beginning. Add in delivering your actual product or service, managing email, Excel and the everyday tools your team relies on, and the quotes, invoices, follow-ups and supplier orders.
Your business ontology: an operations layer for your business.
Think of it as one shared model of your business: your customers, orders, quotes, suppliers and invoices, all linked together, with AI services working on top of it. It's the approach the world's largest organisations use, built for SMEs from affordable apps.
This is what sims64 does. We don't just tell you which AI to use. We develop and integrate AI services into finished solutions, joining one AI to another and to the website, CRM, email, Excel and accounts your team already uses.
The result is one working ecosystem instead of a pile of subscriptions, delivered quick wins first and with the savings measured.
AI that checks and authorises, before anything goes out.
Instead of telling someone how to do it, then chasing to ask whether it was done, your AI ecosystem checks the work itself.
- Nothing reaches a customer or supplier until it has been checked for accuracy, pricing, tone and compliance.
- Anything outside the rules goes to a manager to approve.
- Every decision is logged, your data stays under your control, and people stay in charge.
Your business, hour by hour.
AI reads the activity logs across your systems and gives you an accurate, up-to-date picture of your business every hour: new leads, quotes sent, items awaiting approval, invoices overdue and cash in.
It's not just more efficient. It's a quality upgrade. Every action is recorded and turned into clear, easy-to-read management information, so decisions are made on facts, not on whoever remembered to send an update.
Every customer and supplier gets an accurate, professional response. The rewards are tangible: lower costs, faster responses, fewer errors, and more sales from the leads you already have.
A question for every board.
AI is moving faster than any technology before it. If you're not developing an AI ecosystem tailored to your business today, you're not maximising returns for your shareholders.
And if you're not delivering the growth that's now achievable, that's a management issue.
Don't fall behind the curve. Ride the wave to full AI integration.
Start with a Quick Win Discovery: we find the AI that fits your business, and show you what we would build first and what it will save.
Book a Quick Win DiscoveryFrom thousands of AI services to your plan
Once you sign up, we search the global market of AI service providers for the ones that can support your business. We score each one on how easy it is to deploy, what it will cost to set up and run, and the outcome it will deliver. The result is a prioritised plan, quick wins first, which becomes your Stage 2 integration. We will also tell you plainly where AI fits and where it doesn't.
Where every opportunity lands
Each opportunity is plotted by business impact against ease of deployment, so you can see at a glance what to do first, what to budget for, and what to leave alone.

Six pillars of AI readiness — plus your utilisation gap
Every area is scored on a clear 1–5 maturity scale and benchmarked, so you can see where you stand and what to fix first.
Strategy & leadership
Is there a clear AI ambition linked to business goals, budget and ownership?
Processes & workflows
Which day-to-day tasks are repetitive, rules-based or document-heavy — and ready to automate?
Data
Is your data accessible, clean and structured enough for AI to use it reliably?
Technology & integration
What you already own, what it can do, and how well your systems talk to each other.
People & skills
How confident your team is with AI, where training will pay back, and how ready they are for change.
Governance, risk & compliance
AI policy, data protection, client confidentiality, UK GDPR and EU AI Act exposure.
+ The AI Utilisation Gap
The question most assessments miss: are you exploiting AI to its maximum efficiency for your specific practices? We compare what your people do today against what the tools you already pay for — and best-in-class tools for your sector — could do, and put a number on the difference.
Most businesses are using AI by accident, not by design
In almost every organisation we look at, we find the same three gaps.
Paying for AI nobody uses
Copilot, ChatGPT, CRM and accounting add-ons are already in the licence bill — but only a handful of staff use them, and rarely for the tasks that matter most.
"Shadow AI" and data risk
Staff paste client data into free tools with no policy, no oversight and no thought for UK GDPR, confidentiality or the EU AI Act.
Repetitive work still done by hand
Copying data between systems, chasing emails, writing the same documents and reports — hours every week that software could now do in minutes.
Most companies own a powerful CRM. Few have the people to run it.
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and sector systems can all do far more than most businesses use them for. Without an in-house administrator or template designer, the wrong data goes in, the right reports never come out, and the built-in AI stays switched off. We act as that missing expert.
Capture the right data
Forms, fields and templates designed so your team records what the business actually needs, with AI filling in as much as possible automatically.
Reports that answer real questions
Dashboards built around your KPIs, such as conversion rates, pipeline value, time-to-close, margin by customer and staff performance, not the default screens.
Clean, trusted data
Duplicates removed, records completed and rules set so the data stays clean. AI is only as good as the data underneath it.
Switch on the AI you've paid for
Lead scoring, forecasting, email drafting and AI assistants built into your CRM, set up, tested and adopted by your team.
The Assessment includes a CRM health check: what you use, what you're missing, and what the gap is costing you. Fixes are delivered as Stage 2 work at our day rates.
Where AI saves businesses the most
Across sectors, the biggest and fastest returns come from the same eight areas — ranked here by typical value to the business.
- Admin & data processing automation Highest saving
Invoices, forms, data entry, copying information between systems, updating CRMs and spreadsheets. AI agents and automation take over the repetitive clicks — staff handle the exceptions. - Document drafting & review High
Contracts, proposals, bids, reports, letters and policies drafted in minutes from your own templates and past work, then reviewed by your experts. - Customer service & first-line support High
AI assistants answer routine questions 24/7, triage and route enquiries, and draft replies — so your people spend their time on the complex cases. - Knowledge search High
Ask questions of your own files, emails, manuals and past projects in plain English. No more hunting through folders or relying on the one person who "knows where it is". - Sales, marketing & bid writing Medium–High
Lead research and qualification, personalised outreach, content creation and tender responses built from what has won before. - Meetings, email & follow-up Medium
Automatic meeting notes, action lists, summaries and inbox triage — small daily savings that add up across every employee. - Forecasting, scheduling & planning Medium
Demand, stock, staffing and project schedules predicted from your own data — less waste, fewer delays, better cash flow. - Compliance & quality monitoring Risk reduction
Automated checks on documents, calls and processes against regulations and standards — catching problems before they become costly.
Illustrative example: a business with 30 office staff

Your independent AI advisor at board level, from £20,000 a year
Bring sims64 onto your board or leadership team as an independent AI advisor. We set AI strategy, oversee your team and suppliers, keep the roadmap on track and report progress to the board, and we deliver hands-on Stage 2 and Stage 3 work too. The more time you commit each month or year, the lower your rate. All prices exclude VAT.
Advice when you need it: a board briefing, a supplier challenge session or a one-off fix.
A seat at the table. Each month: one full board-meeting day (8–10 hours, including preparation), plus one day of support from home, or four 1-hour consultations if you prefer. AI strategy, supplier oversight and progress reporting. Extra days £1,125.
Board advisor + delivery. Board-level oversight plus hands-on delivery of your roadmap: pilots, automations and training.
Fractional AI lead. Leading larger programmes across several workstreams, effectively your part-time Head of AI.
How it works: a board-meeting day is a full day of 8–10 hours, including preparation; other days are 7 hours. The Board advisor plan is a 12-month contract, paid monthly, and extra days are charged at the pay-as-you-go rate. Growth and Scale monthly plans run month to month with 30 days' notice; their annual plans are a 12-month commitment, paid monthly, and save around 10%. Unused days roll over for one month.
These rates are a guide. Your exact quote depends on the scope agreed from your roadmap.

Frequently asked
Can you sit on our board as an AI advisor?
Yes. Many clients bring us in as an independent board-level AI advisor on a monthly plan: attending board or leadership meetings, setting AI strategy, holding teams and suppliers to account, and reporting progress. See plans
We've barely started with AI. Is it too early?
No — it's the best time. The Assessment stops you wasting money on the wrong tools and shows you where to start for the biggest return.
We already use AI. What will you add?
The utilisation gap. Most organisations use a fraction of what they already pay for. We show where usage is shallow, where it's risky, and where better-fitted tools would multiply the return.
We already have an AI supplier. Why do we need an independent review?
Your supplier is marking their own homework. We have no stake in the project and sell no software, so we can tell you honestly whether your goals are being met and whether the outcomes you were promised are realistic. Then we show you how to close any gap.
How much of our team's time does it take?
Very little — typically a 15-minute survey per person and 45–60 minutes for each interviewee. We work around your operations.
Why do you price on office staff?
Our Assessment looks at desk-based processes, systems and data, so the work grows with the size of your office team, not your total headcount. Office staff means everyone who works mainly at a desk or computer: management, admin, finance, sales, customer service, HR and IT. Site, shop-floor, driving and frontline roles aren’t counted, so you only pay for the size of Assessment you actually need.
Is our data safe?
Yes. We work under NDA, view only what we need, and nothing you share is put into public AI tools.
Do we have to use you for implementation?
No. The roadmap is yours to keep and act on however you choose. If you’d like us to implement it (Stage 2), we agree an ongoing development and integration programme, from £20,000 + VAT a year. If you start within 90 days, the Assessment fee is credited in full.
